Chicken Taco’s

Yields4 Servings

 2 lbs Chicken Breast (4 medium breast)
 1 Can of Herdez casera Salsa
 1 Taco Seasoning
 4 Hard Taco shells
 Cheddar Cheese
 Avocado

Time Frozen 25 min - Thaw 20 min

Season the chicken to taste. I usually do with a little of mustard, paprika, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper and let it stand for 1 hour or more if possible.

If Chicken is thaw: Saute chicken to get a little or brown color. Usually with a little of olive oil and a little of garlic. When has already got some color add all the other ingredients (salsa and taco seasoning). Set pressure cooker to 20 min.

If chicken is frozen. Add the chicken, salsa and seasoning in the pot. Add 1/4 cup of water and set pressure cooker for 25min.

When complete move the chicken to a bowl and use the mixer to shred the chicken!! It will be really fast!!

Then use the hard shell to serve and add tomato, cilantro, avocado to your choice!!!
