Get all ingredients ready!!!
First step: Thaw meat 12 hours before cooking.
Season to taste with Salt, Pepper, Paprika and Garlic. (let it sit for 30 min) and cut the meat in chunks.
Place Meat in CrockPOt and Pour the beer. Allow it to get all soaked on High temperature.
Cut all pepper and onions in slices. Potatoes in medium size cubes. Peel the celery and clean the scallion onion.
Add the potatoes on top, 1 cube of Caldo Maggy and the onions
And peppers, carrots, the celery and scallion and last another cube of Maggy.
Add some water if you need. Continue Cooking for 1 hour in high and then lower to low for 6 hours.
When is almost ready mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch with a little of water and add it. You are ready to enjoy a delicious beef stew.
