I marinated the Steak the night before with salt and Pepper to taste. Added a stick of Rosemary on each side of the steak and sealed the bag.

Make sure that you marinate as well the borders of the steak. You can add butter or a little or Worcester sauce.

Set the IP to Sous Vide mode.

Fill the IP pot to Max level. (use hot water if possible to reduce time on heating)

Press setting once and adjust temperature. I did it at 133 for medium rare.

Press setting again and adjust time. I set it up for 1.5 hours. Select start

Put a lid on the IP. You can use any lid. If you use the IP lid make sure that you set it up in vent.

IP will start heating process and will show ON in display.

As soon as water has come to desired temperature it will start count down.

Open lid and place bag slowly in making sure that does get flat in bottom and doe not touch the sides. Try to have it as strait possible.

When Time has completed, open the lid and remove the bag. Open it and pat dry with a towel the steak trying to remove excess moisture. Have some aluminum foil ready and wrap it around.

If your are using the Air Fryer lid. Set temperature at 400 degrees for 16 mint and press start to get it hot.

In the meantime I brushed the Steak with some olive oil and added some additional salt.

When 5 min had passed in Air Fryer I opened it and lace the steak in.

Turned around after 5 min.

After the 5 min. Review that all sides are as crispy as desire and remove. Let it stand for 3-5 min. Cut, serve and enjoy a delicious steak!!!
