Place the tomato sauce and the onion on a medium size bowl. Put it in the microwave for 5 minutes to soften the onions. Let is cool aside.
Cut the tops of the bell peppers and remove the stems and the seeds. Cut in little pieces the rest of the peppers.
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, mustard, onion and tomato sauce, diced bell peppers, Cheese, rice and all spices. Fill in each one of the bell peppers and place some cheese in top as well for decoration.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instapot and place a trivet or a sling to lower the bells in the Instapot. Set Instapot on Pressure cook setting for 10 minutes and then a 10 min NTR.
After cooked cut some scallions and place on top as garnishment.
If you have any remaining ground beef you can always place it on a pan!!! It comes out really good!!!!
